This three bedroom, two bath, 1,250 square foot townhome is located in one of Estes Park’s most prestigious areas, Black Canyon Hills, which over looks the Town of Estes Park and The Stanley Hotel. There are beautiful views of Longs Peak, Twin Sisters, and the Continental Divide with the feel of privacy and seclusion. The townhome is within walking distance of downtown, Estes Park’s main grocery store and shopping center. This two story townhome has a large great room area on the main floor with full kitchen and a gas fireplace, and access to a large patio with gorgeous views. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath on the main floor. On the second floor there are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and one with three twin beds, and another full bath. Each bedroom on the second floor also has access to a large deck with gorgeous views.

There are many activities in the area including golf, tennis, fitness center/gym, spas, music venues, festivals, museums, movie theaters, and historic properties such as the grand Stanley Hotel. In Rocky Mountain National Park view the sights or the wildlife, or you can hike some 350 miles of hiking trails. Other year round outdoor activities in the area include bicycling, boating, fishing, horse-back riding, indoor/outdoor rock climbing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, and downhill skiing at Eldora Mountain Resort, just 45 minutes away.

All of our rentals are professionally cleaned before your arrival. We do not provide housekeeping services during your stay.
Tenants are responsible for damage to the property during their stay. Charges for damage and/or excessive cleaning requirements will be deducted from the security deposit, to the extent possible.
Deposits / Payments:
All rentals require a 50% deposit within 14 days of booking to hold your reservation
Full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in
A damage / security deposit is due 30 days before arrival
The security deposit will be returned within 30 days after check-out

Cancellations / Refunds:
No refunds are allowed for late check-in or early check-out
Cancellations 45 days prior to check-in will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee
No refunds will be made for cancellations less than 45 days prior to check-in unless the property is able to be rented again for the same period.
